The test requires input of sex, age, weight, and height to calculate BMI and subsequently the body fat percentage. Additionally, providing waist and hip circumference values determines the waist-to-hip ratio. The results panel displays the three calculated indicators along with associated healthy ranges according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
Based on the test results, users can generate a personalized weight loss plan for a four-week period, selecting a weight loss goal between 5 kg / 10 lbs and 10 kg / 23 lbs. The app provides feedback on whether the selected goal is suitable for the user's body type.
The weight loss protocol focuses on time-restricted eating and long-distance walking. Users are encouraged to eat within a short window (~6 to 8 hours) and burn fat stores during the day. The plan expects users to adjust fasting or walking durations based on personal experiences during the program.
You can track weekly progress by inputting weight lost in pounds or kilograms, which is converted into a percentage dropped from the initial body fat level. The app allows comparing actual results with predicted outcomes, emphasizing that weight loss encompasses personal bodily experiences beyond mere numbers.
